SURFACES IN CONTACT WITH FOOD OR DRINKING WATER
– 1st phase surface preparation: on mineral support clean from dirt and grease with high pressure cleaner and remove old paint, cover if holes and cracks with cement mortars or epoxy cement mortars, on metal support sandblast or otherwise degrease with 7420000 or 7890000 and deoxidize with converter B3/F4. – 2nd finishing phase: two coats 24 hours apart to complete coverage of water-based epoxy series 649 (SEA 150) or 623, total drying after 5 – 7 days at 20°C.
